Hi,

We have budgetary control enabled for PR and PO. 

For few PO's which were cancelled in the system, the respective PR's has been tried to return to PR. However we are getting error message as 'The attempted operation cannot be completed due to an error'

When queried through backend for table POR_REQ_BCEA_DATA which stores the budgetary control data we found that entries against this PR which shows 'ERROR' in Fund_Status Column

Default Date Rule Applied at budgetary control level seems to be "Current Transaction Date".
