What is the New Profile Option to perform PersonID or AssignmentId based search on the admin perform

In the March 2021 Maintenance pack for Release 21A it mentions the following update:

New profile option
With this update, a new profile option is introduced to perform PersonId or AssignmentId based search on the admin performance goals page.
Oracle Reference: 32226159

I am not able to find anything by this reference number or any documents on this topic.  Does anyone know what the profile option value is to enable this?
