Benefit deductions slightly off in quick pay

Hello!
I have benefit deductions not calculating quite right in QP.
Client is on bi-weekly pay schedule. However, they never want deductions taken if there is a third pay period in a month. So basically all monthly premiums should be divided in half when they roll out to payroll. However, it appears there is a slight discrepancy once the rate gets to payroll.
For example: Employee Only Dental, Vision and Life are all paid by employer:
