Freeze the Collapse icon in Performance Document

Hi Team,

When an Employee/Line manager does the Performance Evaluation, each components such as Evaluation Topics, Overall Summary, Attachments, Additional Info has a collapse/expand icon which we can click and the component expands/collapses accordingly.

We have a requirement to hide this icon and keep a couple of component expanded all the time, like if an Employee opens the Performance Document, the Additional Info Component should show all the information available under it by default and the expand/collapse icon should not be visible. 

Can anyone help understand if this is achievable using page composer or by other other way?
