Unable to submit job application from External Link

Hi All,

We have created a new Job Requisition and posted on external link but when we are trying to submit the job application from the external link we are unable to do so as submit button is not working.

We have tried by Changing the Job application flow.

Please let us know if anyone had similar issue in past or can help us with issue.
