In performance document, ‘Add link’ option in attachment is not working.

Summary

In performance document, ‘Add link’ option in attachment is not working.

Navigate to home Career and performance-> performance-> open a performance document-> click on attachments->Click on add link. Nothing happens. 

Any way to hide this ‘Add link’, we tried through personalization, we could not hide the ‘Add link’ option.
