Auto-Save in Performance is not working

Hello--

Asking for help, would like to know what could be the reason the auto-save is not working in performance document, example, updating Performance Goals? We also tried to change the interval time from the default 10 minutes to both 1 minute and 3 minutes to test, but nothing happened. Autosave did not work.

For reference, we went to Setup and Maintenance and searched for the Task Manage Administrator Profile Values.  Queried the Profile Option Code HRA_PERF_AUTOSAVE_INTERVAL to set the time interval.

We'd appreciate any information/help we could get. Thank you!
