What happens to existing performance document when employee's eligibility changes?
Our performance eligibility is divided between union and non-union employees. I am wondering what would happen if a non-union employee were to transfer to a union. While I understand they would receive the new union performance document once the eligibility batch process is run, I'm curious what would happen to the existing non-union performance document. Although they are no longer eligible for this document, does it still remain within their current performance documents?
