Person Profile Load for Competency mapped with behaviour using HDL

We need to load Person profile for Competency section along with related behavior. We are not able to find a  equivalent field in the HDL file to establish the relation ship.

Is there a way to load this relationship for the employee using HDL .

We created a manual entry and PFA how the data gets stored in the tables along with the parent id for the Competency/Behavior.
