Scenario where employee monthly payroll is processed and then back dated termination is posted , how can we retrospectively deducted salary paid after LWD.
example
- Monthly Payroll processed & paid on 25th Jan
- Employee termination posted 26th with LWD as 20-Jan
- Retrospectively salary should be deducted for days from 21 Jan to 31 Jan ( 11 Days)
- Statutory calculations such as Gratuity Payments should be processed untill 25-Jan
