How do we show the Source ICP column in Tax Automation when using the Intercompany dimension so that Intercompany Top can be selected as the Source ICP?

I’ve added the substitution variable EnableICPTaxCalculations = true and consolidated but the ICP column does not display in Tax Automation. Refer screen prints below showing the current Tax Automation form without the ICP column and a page from the webcast on intercompany dividends.
