We are in the process checking the feasibility analysis and would need your help on the best practices

Background:

Currently we are using Workday, we are implementing Oracle Cloud Payables and Payments, concur is used for managing employee expenses and employe reimbursements related to card and cash, on a periodic basis Employee expenses are interfaced to Payables, Payments are made in concur so we just create expenses reports as AP invoices and clearing payments to pay the invoices, monthly accruals are directly interfaced from Concur to GL. Our phase 1 includes implementing Cloud payables and payment and Phase 3 includes implementing Cloud Expenses
