How to setup job level hierarchy Approval Rule

Hi,

We have a requirement to setup Job level hierarchy approval. As per current requirement when employee raises requisition having job level as 10 and approval limit of 0-200 pounds then it should go to for approval to that employee itself. While when requisition exceeds 200 pounds than it should for approval to its manager having job level as 6. But currently it is not behaving as expected. When requisition is raised greater than 200 pounds then also it goes for approval to employee itself. Kindly suggest how can we configure current requirement.
