Participant Feedback Visibility in Performance Document

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where the Participant Feedback should be visible in different ways based on who adds the Participants/requests the Participant Feedback.

1. If an Employee requests Participant feedback, the Feedback should be visible immediately to both Employee and Manager after it is available/after the Participant has provided the feedback.

2. If a Manager requests the Participant feedback, the Feedback should be visible only to Manager once it is available/after the Participant has provided the Feedback, and Employees should be able to see after Manager Evaluation completes (Along with Manager Ratings and Comments).

Now, we know we can either make participant feedback visible to Employees soon after its available, or after Manager Evaluation, or totally hidden regardless of who requests the Participant Feedback.
