Candidates Can't Return to Draft Applications without HR Assistance

Candidates are having issues accessing draft applications. When they try to recomplete the application they get an error message that an application with that email already exists.


Hi everyone! Our candidates are having issues returning to draft applications without assistance from our HR specialists. Is anyone else experiencing this and how did you fix it?

  1. Candidate applies and thinks they have submit their application but we didn't receive it in HR
  2. Candidate receives the email from the system saying that they have a draft application to complete
  3. Candidate tries to reapply to the job - none of their information has saved - when they go to hit submit they get an error message that a candidate with the same email already exists. (IRC-1590024)
