TBE User unable to reset their password


TBE User is unable to reset their password, they are receiving password must be different than previous. They are trying brand new passwords they have never used, and we had them clear their history. Do you have any suggestions on how to allow the user to reset their password or is this a known issue? We had them try through reset on the site and sending a password reset link.
