We have this Optional Life -Employee Only and Spouse to have the EOI. Employee Only are 1x to 4x of the annual salary and Spouse is multiples of 10000 upto 100000.
During New Hires.
- We can assign 1x to 4x for Employee Only with no EOI required
- We can assign upto 50k for Spouse with No EOI. Higher than that would need EOI and the interim would be 10k and if rejected should go back to 10k.
During life events post Hire
-if an Employee and Spouse goes one step above,no need for EOI but if its 2 steps, then EOI needed.During the interim they should be covered with 1 step above until the approve/deny comes in from third party.
