Desktop Integrator is not working when we are using for EBS and Cloud version from the same Computer

We are working on a cloud implementation project and we have to access both EBS and Cloud environment. However when we are downloading the Desktop Integrator for Cloud, it seems the EBS version is not working, 

is there any way we can work for EBS and Cloud from same laptop without any issue? for this we have to use two different laptop

Appreciate any help
