Filter a Report by Roll Ups

How can I only show roll-ups with 2 or more items

I have a report that shows contact details and the incidents associated with them. I only want to see records where there is more then 1 incident.

When I use roll-ups, it looks perfect, except for all the records with only 1 incident. 

Anyone have a creative way to exclude contacts with only 1 incident?
