Hello Team,

We have requirement to approve the Performance Management document by Line Manager's Manager. So, once the approval notification accessed from bell notification by Line Manager's Manager the performance document link in the Related Links On The Approval Notification Is Grayed Out.

As per below DOC ID, the standard line manager role has the duty role - 'ORA_HRA_PERFORMANCE_MGT_LINE_MANAGER_DUTY', but still Line Manager's Manager who received approval bell notification, not able to open the performance document and the link is grey out. PFA Screenshot. Appreciate if share the solution for this issue.
