Attachment Update issue in OEC

Attachment Update issue in OECContent
Hi,
In Engagement Cloud Post creation creation of Work Order. Activity gets created in Field service against which, the attachment will be added. Those Attachment should be reflected in the engagement cloud yet, Out of 5 attachment only one or two attachment has reflected in OEC.
I want to know why this issue persist and whether the issue faced by anyone kindly Update.
