Candidates Applying via link to job requisitions not posted to the external site

Has anyone had a similar situation? we need to be able to provide an external candidates with a link via a 3rd party website to apply for a job requisition without advertising the job requisition on the ORC External career site. 

What's the best way to do this and are there any downsides? thanks
