"There is no coverage amount defined for this rate. (BEN-990877)" error while evaluating the Events

Hi

I tried to evaluate the 'New Hire' life events for some of the Employees but I'm getting this error for around 1/3 of them.

 
There is no coverage amount defined for this rate. (BEN-990877)
The rate evaluation procedure caused this error to appear. If you're a benefits administrator, you need to review the audit logs for more details. The standard rate is BXXX Optional EE Life_EE only and the effective date is 2021-01-01.

 

FYI,the Rates and coverages are defined as of 1/1/1951. This is the first Benefit event to be assigned for the Employee. It is evaluating for the other employees as well. The Rates have a Variable Rate Profiles based on their ages.
