Attachments not provide
SummarySo many applicants are not attaching the required documents. Are we missing something?!
We require a resume, cover letter, transcripts, references, and sometimes other documents each time a candidate applies for a job. However, we have been flooded with incomplete applications recently. We have these requirements listed on our webpage and throughout the application to no avail. Are we missing something with this? Can I turn on a setting in TBE that makes these attachments required? I'd be curious to hear if this is happening to anyone else and what the current best practices are. Thanks!
