Second Level Line Manager should see the completed Performance Document of indirect reports?

Hi there,

I am interested to know if a second-level line manager of an employee (the Line Manager of his Direct manager) should be able to see his completed performance documents.

In our design, we have the Performance Document approval given by 2 levels of managers (direct manager and 2nd level manager of the employee).

While the direct manager can navigate a view without any issues with the completed performance document, the 2nd level line manager cannot and see are encountering this error. See the attachment below.

Any idea why this might be happening?

The 2nd line manager is just approving the document, is not an active participant in any of the sections.

Howdy, Stranger!
