Unable to define ATP Rule after running collections

Summary

We are doing contract Manufacturing flow & unable to collect contract mfg org in planning. We have enabled org for collections & run planning multiple times.

Hi,

We are unable to view contract manufacturing org in Supplier Network model. Also, we are unable to create ATP rile, as org mane doesn't come in LOV.

We have run collection after enabling collections for given org.

Could you please suggest how we can fix this?
