Is it possible to auto transfer performance and development goals to a new manager?

With 21A I understand we can now schedule a process to reassign an employee's performance documents to their new line manager or to the terminated manager's manager. And that we can also run a one off process called Transfer Performance Documents with Manager Change.
Is it possible to automate this for the employee's performance and development goals too?
