Incorrect Offer Letter - Vision Offer Letter sent (instead of custom letters)

We are seeing that when extending an offer and previewing the offer letter this text appears.. and this is not our offer letter. It seems some Oracle default letter is being sent.

Is there an issue that other customers seeing?
