Summary

Client needs to make correct their life insurance set up, and when we do, it messes with employees who are already enrolled elections.

Content

The client currently has child life set up to have $5000 as min, increment, and default amount, $10,000 maximum.

This has been the set up for the last year, and the client realized this is inaccurate. The actual set up should be $2500 as min, increment and default amounts, $10,000 maximum.

When I update or correct this coverage configuration on the min, increment and default fields, all those employees enrolled in the $5000 amount, after processing a life event, are being put into the $2500 option that is created with the new configuration set up.

Howdy, Stranger!
