Integration Error: Error in listing files in the remote directory

Hello! We encounter the following error when making FTP call (List Files operation) in one of our orchestrations. Anyone familiar or has encountered this issue before? The error isn't that helpful to determine the cause, and seems to be missing some details (see {0} and {1}).

We also have tried everything suggested in this link (https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?id=2684310.1) but the issue still persists and seems to happen intermittently. To specify, we already configured the following suggested from the link:

  1. Map File Name Pattern in OIC mapping, e.g. *.* (or your preferred pattern) is mapped to ListFile -> ListRequest -> FTPListHeader -> fileNamePattern in the mapper.
