Multiple active review periods - user experience

multiple valid review periods are causing poor user experienceContent
We are configuring our performance reviews to assigne two performance documents each year ( mid year from July to Sept and end of year from Dec to Feb next year ). As the result we have setup our reveiw periods from 1/1/this year to 2/28/next year to cover for the cycle. We create the new review period each year in Dec for the next year so that goals can be set at the beginning of year. We are now adding an anytime document to be available all though the year for cases we need to review performance outside twice the
