Filling requisition - preventing the auto move of candidates to Rejected
Summary
Preventing candidates auto moving to rejectedContent
Is there a way to prevent candidates moving to Rejected by Employer once a requisition is moved to Filled?
We have our own custom end states which are vital to our reporting and for auto-correspondences. For example state 'No Show' for a candidate who did not turn up to interview. The candidates at No Show will receive a No Show specific correspondence. If they are then moved to Rejected they will also receive the generic decline correspondence. This will also impact reporting for us.
