Feasibility for Adding a new function in the report
This is just a request to know the feasibility in implementing a Business requirement.
Our Product Support Employees have requirement to add a function in the report , where you can create a “New incident” directly on the contact they choose. So, a new Action called “Create new incident/New” or something similar.( Attached Screenshots )
If it is possible it could save them a lot of clicks, because today they need to open the contact and then click New incident.
Not only in this specific report but also any kind in this section eg. Contact search etc.,
Could you please let us know if this is possible to implement or do we have any feature already ?
