Uploading Goal Measurements, How to know (GoalTypeCode and GoalVersionTypeCode)?

I need to upload goal measurements for some existed goals? how to know (GoalTypeCode and GoalVersionTypeCode)? also the i tried to search for their lookups (HRG_GOAL_TYPE and HRG_GOAL_VERSION_TYPE), unfortunately I could not find them!
