Impact of Running Eligibility Batch Process multiple times
We would like to understand the impact of running the Eligibility batch process multiple times. Basically, we want to run the Eligibility Batch Process with "Create Eligible Performance Document" option set as No, to make Employees eligible and Create Performance Document manually for few Employees, as they will be unavailable at the time of actual review.
Later, again the Eligibility Batch process will be run with "Create Eligible Performance Document" option set as Yes for same Performance Document to create Performance Document automatically for rest of the Eligible Employees. We want to understand if there are any impacts of doing this on already created Employee Performance Documents. We did test this and didn't see any impact as such for the Employees whose Performance Documents are already created. If anyone has any inputs on this, would be really helpful, as we are following this for the first time.
