need help on Goals
I need some help in understanding the Goals approval process, in our Organization, many Golas are moving to the Draft state, and when we look into the transaction console it is giving option force approval/ Terminate process. when we Terminate process goals were completely deleted from the employee's page.
can I know why the goals move to Draft status and what is the best practice handling them?
and is there an option to re-assign goals new manager when the manager is changed?
