Hire Date/Anniversary Based Performance Reviews

Hi All,

We have a requirement from the client that the performance evaluation should happen the employee hire date (Anniversary date).

Just wanted to know if anyone have implemented this anniversary based reviews.

How did you achieve this. And what eligibility criteria you have used. And how did you set the "review period".
