Notes added on Goal does not show up in check-in document's goal section

I have noticed that if I add notes on a goal, it does not reflect in the check-in document's goals section. All other places like performance documents, these notes show up as expected.

However, when I add notes on the goal inside the check-in document, it reflects everywhere else as expected - on goals page and performance page. Check-in document continues to display those notes only that where added inside the check-in document.

Has anyone else faced this same issue? Just wanted to confirm if its an existing functionality or not, if yes..we might need to request Oracle for enhancement.
