Purchase requisition approval through project key members

Hi All ,

For the Project based purchase requisition the approvals need to be submitted to  the respective Project Key members .  The  problem is the project roles assigned to the project key members doesn't have direct mapping to HR jobs .For Example an employee (project key member) with Manager job role (HRMS job) can  play project accountant in one project and as project manager in another project.so it is difficult to use position /job based approvals.
