Issue with discontinuation of PBL support for Element Entry Object

Summary

Deletion of element entries of some source types is not possible with HDL/HSDL. It is only possible with PBL. As PBL is decommissioned, can there be any alternative?

Deletion of element entries which are locked for editing. Sometimes we may need to delete element entries which are locked for editing as work around steps. It’s been possible with PBL till now. However with HDL it’s not possible. It is only possible to update/delete element entries of source type Element Entry Page (F), Batch Element Entry (H), Group Compensation (CWB), and Variable Compensation (VC) using HDL/HSDL. But with PBL we can delete the element entries of other types too. Can we have a workaround to delete the element entries of other source types as well as an alternative to
