Hello Everyone,
I'm looking for some advice on the best methodology for utilizing Performance Document Templates. We implemented performance documents back in 2016. We have two review periods per FY year Q2/Q4. To date, we have created a new Performance Document template for each review period. 2021 Q2 Performance Document & 2021 Q4 Performance Document template etc....The Eligibility Profile, Process Flow and Structure are always the same. All that changes is the specific Document Period. I need guidance on whether or not this is the proper method. I **think** we could create a single template per year, and then in the Document
