Visibility of DFF values in Performance Document

Hi All,

We have come across a requirement where we want to display the value entered in certain DFF in Performance Document after a specific task. For ex, there are 2 DFF fields created, one for Manager and another for Employee. Employee would select the value in Employee specific field and submit the Performance Document. Manager when enters the value and submits the document, the value entered by manager should not be visible to Employee immediately, and it should be visible with other Ratings when the Ratings are shared to the Employees. Currently whatever value is entered its visible immediately after submitting
