Hello team!

Is it possible to make this fields mandatory?

I was thinking that there was a rule related Moving candidates in HCM Design Studio but I'm not able to find it.

Customer needs to set as mandatory Comments filed when candidates are rejected by Employer or withdrawn their applications.
