Can I Upload and update the Weights of the uploaded goals using HDL?

 

For example: An employee has two goals each goal weight is 50%

Goal 1 = 50%

Goal 2 = 50%

 

I need to make mass update to this goal weights for all employees to be

 

Goal 1 = 80%

Goal 2 = 20%

 

Is this possible to make goal weight update through HDL?
