To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

URL link on a candidate application question
Summary
We need to display a URL to the candidate during the application process. Unless there is a better idea we used an Applicant Question with No Response which presents plain text but not a URLContent
An Applicant Question with Type = No Response has a Question Text value that is displayed on the candidate application in the external career site. In the question text we setup HTML code for a URL. On the Question library we can see the link but when it is on the career site the link is not there and now all HTML tags are present. We tried just adding a link or using other HTML tags but we can't get it to work. We are using this to drive our candidates from Northern Ireland to complete a "monitoring form" in order
