Hi, there hope my message finds you well.
We have some challenges in trying to define eligibility criteria for Performance management.
For example, we need a certain performance document to be assigned to a category of employees that are Head of Schools. These heads of schools unfortunately are not all having the same job title or grade, not a department. When we would assign them a goal plan you have the possibility to add or remove from the plan certain individuals while when assigning an elibigibility profile for a Performance Document we do not have the same flexibility.
