Comments not displaying correctly and are cut off.

Hello, has anyone else run into an issue with the comment boxes on the Performance Document not displaying correctly?  The issue we are seeing is that the comments are cutoff and the employee or manager is not able to see the entire text.  It is cutting off most of the text that is entered.  I've attached a screen shot.
