Display only Prescreening questions belongs to specific Region

Hi Friends,

We are Implementing ORC for US,LATAM and Canada. I am configuring for Peru and when my recruiter(Peru) create a Job requisition, He/She should not see the Prescreening questions created by other Region. When the Peru Recruiter creates a Job Requisition, He/She can see the PreScreening, which is available by default .

Please let me know how to overcome this and I dont see we can Security profile for this.
