Double email header image appearing for Offer Extended and Offer Accepted email notifications

Hi there,
I am seeing 2 email image headers for the offer extended and offer accepted emails. The bottom image is correct and is the image used for the html global template. We are using the same image for the career site background - could it be pulling through from there? If so, how do I prevent this?
