Is it possible for an Employee to view the Benefits they have enrolled in ESS after the Enrollment i

I know the answer is no but my client is insisting why cant an Employee view the Benefits Plans and Options they have enrolled in the previous Elections via ESS when there is no Life Events assigned to them currently.
I want a concrete answer to tell them that they can or cannot do and also any workarounds that can be done if an Employee requests for such information?
